Redesigning a CRM email system without disrupting the team behind it
Cursos Edgar Abreu, an online education brand, had an extensive CRM email flow — but one built without a consistent visual identity or much attention to how well users actually understood the content. Emails varied wildly from one campaign to the next, with no shared design language tying them together.
Having just joined 4U Edtech, I took this project as an opportunity to both fix the emails and understand how the organization behind them actually worked. Before touching any design, I mapped out every team involved in the email process, what each one contributed, and how a redesign could improve consistency and usability without disrupting the workflows people already relied on.

Transforming complex course information into a clear, engaging, and conversion-focused experience.
This AI MBA landing page was designed to balance conversion with the need to communicate a large amount of course information.
The experience was first structured through a wireframe in Figma and then fully developed in Framer. The visual direction followed the campaign's established identity, creating a seamless transition from the advertising experience to the landing page and ensuring consistency throughout the user's journey.
My focus was on translating the predefined content into a visually engaging and structured experience, using strong visual hierarchy, modular layouts, UI components and strategic CTAs to make the information easier to navigate while maintaining the campaign's bold, technology-driven aesthetic.

From clear copy to a clear path to download
Certify 4U is a study platform built to help students prepare for the SIE exam, developed by 4U Ed Tech for the U.S. market. The main goal of this landing page was simple: get visitors to download the free app as quickly as possible, with minimal friction and no unnecessary information standing in the way.
Copy for this page was defined in close collaboration with the project's copywriter, simple, direct language tailored to a U.S. audience that tends to decide fast. My role was structuring the design to support that message clearly, using visual hierarchy, spacing, and layout to reinforce what the copy was already communicating, rather than compete with it or slow the reader down.
About me

I'm a designer with 8 years of experience across visual communication, graduated in Design from PUCRS in 2022. Over the years, I've worked across photography, video editing, motion design, packaging, illustration, and art direction, before focusing my practice on UX/UI, product design, and digital experiences.
I bring solid technical grounding from each of those disciplines into how I approach product design today, alongside a strong foundation in digital marketing and user experience.
Whatever the medium, my eye has always stayed the same: objective, critical, and focused on making things genuinely understandable and accessible to the people and communities using them.
I'm highly communicative, and I care a lot about keeping teams organized and collaborative, I believe good working relationships shape the quality of a project just as much as the work itself. I actively seek out feedback to keep improving, and I'm constantly chasing new things to learn, inside design and well beyond it.
Outside of work, I'm a self-proclaimed movie buff, an avid reader, music lover, gamer, and a cat mom. I'm a homebody at heart, but don't be surprised if I'm never actually home on a Saturday.
